  1. 8:56. Slower than last month, but not bad.
    Followed by a class of filthy fifties, which included another 50 burpees. Total session 26:53. Shew! Happiness is a good workout.

  2. Hubby and I did this for the first time. His time was 15:37 and mine was 15:41. Going to work hard this month to improve our times for the next challenge! Even though it was hard, I feel really proud of myself to complete 100 burpees!!

  3. First time trying – made it through, but barely. The last ten reps, I planked because my arms were shot… Finished in 15:52.92, was aiming for under 20:00, LOL

  4. 97 in 13 minutes, yahoo! I was aiming to do 7 every 30 seconds with 10 second breaks in between. I obviously wasn’t perfect but still had the focus and structure to break last week’s record of 100 in 15 minutes. I plan to keep pushing forward!

  5. Today was ridiculous – might have to muster up the courage to do this again next week. Last month a sick me did 90 in 7:50,today the full 100 in 8:30 :/

  6. I forgot to time myself, but did get a wicked blister on my hand :-). Feeling like one tough lady! Timer next time, for sure 🙂

  8. Oh my!!! Super hard. Mentally and physically. If we can do a 100 burpee challenge, we can do anything!!

  9. Just joined 12 minute athlete & burpee challenge was my first workout! So chuffed with myself at 9.50. Brutal, but the London sun was shining, which urged me on. Love your work Krista- frickin awesome 🙂
