February 100 burpee challenge rules

Step #1: Do the 100 burpee challenge. You have by the end of the weekend (February 8th) to complete the challenge.

Step #2: Immediately after you do the challenge, snap a photo (a video works too) of yourself post-challenge. Post it to either Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook along with your current time AND the amount you’ve improved from last month (make sure to tag #12minuteathlete). You can also email your photo to me at [email protected] (use the subject ‘100 burpee challenge photo’ so I can actually find your photos).

Step #3: I’ll look over all the photos and times and send a shirt of your choice to you (or whoever you want)!

  1. Forgot to grab my phone for the picture after the challenge…but I’m happy to report improvement!

    Last month was my first time attempting this and I had a time of 11:26. Today I clocked it at 10:57. Wah Who!

    your burpees challenge is exactly the way you do it? Go down, full push up, touch body to ground and jump?

  3. Well I’ve been waiting for it to happen…Gutted to say that I was 35 seconds slower than last months PB. Went up to 8:49…gutted, was hoping Feb would be the month I would hit the 8 minute mark but I just had nothing left to give in my arms!

    Positive side…I know I need to work on my upper body strength this month, (been concentrating on legs a lot in Jan) & it’s made me even more determined to get back to (at least) my PB of 8:14 in March!

  4. First burpee challenge I ever did: 10:10! I’m a bit bummed I went over 10.00, but I guess it’s a good start 🙂 Next wednesday I’m starting the FFS program!

  5. My reply disappeared… Just completed my first challenge in 10.10! Pretty excited to start the FFS program this week 🙂
