Complete 100 burpees as fast as possible.

May 100 burpee challenge rules

Step #1: Do the 100 burpee challenge. You have by the end of the weekend (May 3rd) to complete the challenge.

Step #2: Immediately after you do the challenge, snap a photo (a video works too) of yourself post-challenge. Post it to either Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook along with your current time AND the amount you’ve improved from last month (make sure to tag #12minuteathlete). You can also email your photo to me at [email protected] (use the subject ‘100 burpee challenge photo’ so I can actually find your photos).

Step #3: I’ll look over all the photos and times and send a shirt of your choice to you (or whoever you want)!

  1. Sorry – no picture for you this month but a new low for me and this challenge. Finished today with a time of 9:47.

  2. Has it already been a month???? Crazy how fast time flies! Krista! How come we never see who wins the contest every month?

  3. I’ll be celebrating my 1yr 12m athlete anniversary this month, and this is my 12th burpee challenge. Got the time down to 11:10. That’s an improvement of 1:50 from last month, 9:03 since last June.

  4. After 5:00 in February and 5:08 in March I missed doing in April. Back into the routine and finished in 5:35 today. Keep pushing!!

  5. I did my first challenge one year ago this momth. My time then was 10:16. My time today was 6:42. Im doing the burpees the way Christa does them. I am 51 years old and do 12 minute athlete workouts twice a week along with a once weekly weight workout. Im pretty proud of my progress! 🙂
