My time for today’s workout: 6:13

Yes, I got exactly the same time as last month—I couldn’t believe it! Makes me wonder if I hadn’t had a bunch of mimosas and stayed up late the night before if I could have beat my March 100 burpees time by a bit. Still, I pushed really hard and was actually shaking afterwards from being so tired.

  1. Today: 20:08

Last month I had the flu and didn’t do the challenge.

Two months ago, I only made it to 75 in about 15 minutes, and I was pretty much crawling through the last 15. Today, I got through my 100 in proper form.

Also, about halfway through this challenge, my pants started slipping off, which was an annoying, but happy surprise.

So in general, I’m pretty satisfied with today. 🙂

  2. 100 burpees, 10:19. I used to belong to a gym that did 5 minute burpee tests, but since I’ve moved, I was worried that I would lose my burpee fitness. This killed me, and I’m not entirely happy with my time, but I’m glad I could get past 50, my usual stopping point. Thanks!

  4. This month- 9:38. Last month- 9:52(I think). Am very pleased considering I lost some days with a hip injury(fell off the Segway and bruised my pride AND my hip). Hopefully I can do even better next month!

  5. First time ever trying 100 burpee challenge and only my second 12 minute athlete workout. I finished in 9:57 and I definitely know I could have pushed a lot harder! Honestly I didn’t think 100 was possible, but somehow I got there and am pretty pumped to see what my time is next month!

  6. I did 100 in 9 10 which I was extremely proud. I haven’t done 100 in one day in over 6 months. I did all 100 in proper form with 2 of my 3 kids helping(more in the way).

  10. First time doing 100 burped challenge, finished in 9:45. The last 15 or so were not the best form but I did it! Three weeks doing 12 minute athlete about 5 times a week plus walking for at least a half hour a day. Pants are loose and shirts look great! Thanks for creating something I can stick to!

  12. Time: 9:40, took around 30 seconds off last month.
I really pushed hard, but I wonder if I messed up the count. I wasn’t expecting an improvement especially since getting in a MVA on 4/14 and only working out half the time I normally do. Guess we will see next month.

  15. Yay!! My first time joining in on the 100 Burpee Challenge (did it on Saturday, just a late post) and my time was 6:35. I am so excited considering the fact that I didn’t think I could complete all hundred, but I did and got a great time!! I can’t wait until next month to see the improvement and beat the fiance’s time 6:20 🙂
