November 100 Burpee Challenge Rules
Step #1: Do the 100 burpee challenge. You have by the end of the weekend (so November 8th) to complete the challenge.
Step #2: Immediately after you do the challenge, snap a photo or video of yourself post-challenge. Post it to either Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook along with your current time AND the amount you’ve improved from last month (make sure to tag #12minuteathlete). You can also email your photo to me at [email protected] (use the subject ‘100 burpee challenge photo’ so I can actually find your photos).
Step #3: I’ll look over all the photos and times and send you 5 awesome #noexcuses wristbands for you and your friends!

Hi Krista,
So not in the mood for this, LOL.
I typically do 30-day challenges every-now-and-then, and as the UK has just gone into 2nd lockdown (potentially for just 4 weeks), I decided this would be a great time to challenge myself for another month.
Unfortunately, it’s a kettlebell challenge, but one that I have to perform every single day without fail for the next 30 days.
I’m only 3 days in and I can already see this is going to be a long-old-haul.
Am I going to throw a quick 100 burpees into the mix as well, who knows? (well I’ve got until November 8th haven’t I)
With that said, during our first lockdown, which started back in March, I actually did a 30-day 100 burpees per day challenge (in addition to whatever other training I decided to do that day).
I actually completed the Spartan Race last year, so have gotten used to performing all my burpees with push ups as well.
However, I pretty sure I’ve never got anywhere near your time for 100 burpees – that’s seriously impressive Krista.
Thanks
Partha
