1. Kettlebell high pull
2. Burpees
3. Kettlebell front squats
4. Shoulder touch push ups
5. Lunge w/ rotational twist
6. Bicycle Crunches

Bonus: 15 Kettlebell windmills / side + 20 Single leg deadlifts / side
