Workout type: 12 minute

Timer setting: 18 x :10 x :30

1. Box jumps
2. Elevated push ups
3. Kettlebell swings
4. Pike jumps
5. High knees
6. Sit ups

Box jumps: 15, 15, 14
Elevated push ups: 15, 15, 17
Kettlebell swings: 15, 14, 14
Pike jumps: 37, 38, 39
High knees: 100, 99, 98
Sit ups: 15, 15, 16
