You may not have noticed quite yet, but there’s been some really cool stuff going on behind the scenes lately here at 12 Minute Athlete.
I just wanted to share some updates with you so you’ll know about everything going on. We’re constantly working hard to make the site and apps as awesome as they can possibly be, and there’s been some really cool stuff that you won’t want to miss!

Awesome new recipe/video/workout archives
This is the thing I’m probably most excited about. You know how it was nearly impossible to find older workouts, recipes, or videos before? We fixed it!
- They let you easily find the latest workout posts and recipes
- You can filter by tags such as type of equipment (for the workouts and workout videos) and type of recipe
- They look really cool!
We’ll probably keep tweaking these to make them better and better, so feel free to let me know if there’s anything in particular that you think would make them even more user-friendly for future updates.
New gear shop
Finally, no more hard to use gear shop—the new 12 Minute Athlete shop is way cooler and easier to use! You can filter by category, so now it’s actually easy to find everything from apps to workout equipment. Plus, the new product description pages make it easier to figure out what you’re actually looking at and why you might possibly want to buy such a thing.
I’ll be adding to this as time goes on, so feel free to let me know if you guys have any product requests, questions or clarifications about anything, or whatever.
Get superhuman strength
Even though we focus mainly on HIIT workouts, one of our core beliefs at 12 Minute Athlete is that there is no right or wrong way to work out and get fit. What matters most is that you celebrate movement and embrace your inner athlete.
That’s why, even though I do HIIT workouts six days a week, I’m constantly trying new sports and activities to keep learning and challenging myself. Whether it’s gymnastics, swimming, rock climbing, skateboarding or parkour, all that really matters is that you find something you enjoy and gets you moving!
So if you want to branch out and learn some new skills to compliment your HIIT workouts, this is an awesome bundle of fitness training courses to try. There are special guides for strength building, fat loss, building great abs, learning handstands, parkour, boxing, kickboxing, pilates, improving flexibility, and more.
I’ve never promoted a fitness product other than our Fitter Faster Stronger program, but these programs are seriously awesome, and the price of this bundle (just $37 for everything) makes it worthwhile even if just a few of the programs look interesting to you. I’m loving the handstand guide and finding it super helpful, and am really excited to start with the Parkour ones soon.
