If you work out pretty often (and I hope you do!), you no doubt do a lot of burpees.

And wouldn’t it be cool to see how many burpees you’ve ever done?

Well, unfortunately I can’t help you figure out your burpee totals from past years, but if you’re already a Super Athlete (or sign up today), you can start tracking your burpees and every other exercise you do on a regular basis so you know just how many you’re doing. Then you can start bragging that you’ve done thousands of burpees—and have the numbers to prove it!

Here’s how you can figure out how many burpees (and every other exercise) you’ve ever done:

Note: This feature is currently only available for iPhone Super Athlete subscribers. Android is still in beta mode but the full version will be released soon!

That’s your current personal record for a :20, :30, or :50 second interval.

The big number is how many burpees you’ve done TOTAL since you first started tracking everything!

Make sure to scroll through and look at all the exercises and feel like a real badass.

That’s it! Now you can brag about just how many burpees, push ups, pistols, and other exercises you’ve done this year. Keep kicking ass, athletes 😃[/fusion_text][/fullwidth]
