One of the coolest new features of the 12 Minute Athlete app is the ability to track your reps and workout Personal Records (PRs).
Since not everyone is aware of this additional feature, I wanted to take a quick look at how to track your PRs for both Challenge and AMRAP workouts. (If you want to learn how to keep track of your reps in the interval workouts, check out this article.)
Note: Rep tracking is currently only available to iPhone Super Athlete subscribers. You can learn more about becoming a Super Athlete and all the cool features you’ll get with the membership here.
Here’s how to view and track your workout PRs in the 12 Minute Athlete app:

Step 1: Do some workouts from the Workout Power Packs or save and name a regular workout. Remember, it will need to be a Challenge or AMRAP workout to work for our current purposes.
Step 3: Scroll down until you reach the section titled PRs/Challenge/AMRAP Workouts. You can see all your PRs for both the Challenge and AMRAP workouts here.

Step 2: After your workout, click on the Profile tab.
Step 4: That’s it! Repeat the same workouts to keep CRUSHING those PRs.[/fusion_text][/one_half][/fullwidth][fusion_text]You rock, athletes!
